Rune Factory 3 10/10

I've seriously been playing this game for like 10 hours straight, and it's really good. I can't stop myself, except for the amassing amount of homework coming to me :D
Once again, its the best HM game since HM64. pretty much everything about it is good. very little flaws that i can find.

Wild ARMs 5 - 8/10 (so far)

I am near the end of the game, and I will give the final verdict by then. I'm liking this game more and more, and it's almost on par with the 3rd in the series. It is much, much better than the 4th IMHO. Not too much cheese :p

dj max portable 3 8.8/10

People buy new weapon or per character DLCs for around that price. So I think that DLC is good for $5.

Resistance 2 - 7.5/10

Decent story mode.
I'd give it a 8/10 because the co-op is fun and the online mode is good.

Zone of The Enders - The Fist of Mars: 6/10
(GBA game)
Enjoyable story, if somewhat standard, which is the sole reason I kept playing in the end - the strategy gameplay gets really boring once you've figured out how to perfectly dodge any enemy attack.

Beginning of the ign review for Z.O.E ps2.
In the beginning, Osamu Tezuka created Japanese animation. And animation was without form, and void; and uncertain focus was upon the face of the artform. And the expanded consciousness of Go Nagai moved upon the face of the waters.

And Go Nagai said, Let there be giant robots, and there were giant robots. And Go Nagai saw the giant robots, that they were good. And then he went on to create the flash transformation sequence and pointless violence, which were also good, but less good than the giant robots, for Mazinger Z whomped titanic ass.

And Yoshiyuki Tomino said, Let these giant robots be taken seriously, and there was Mobile Suit Gundam. And this was also pretty freakin' good, and much time passed before Brain Powerd came along to blight his legacy and make us all wonder where his mind had gone.

And Izutaka Yohbuchi said, Let these giant robots look really *****in' cool, and there was Aura Battler Dunbine; and Mamoru Nagano said, I'm gonna one-up that no problem, and there was Five Star Stories. And many argued the merit of their stories, but none denied that those were some damn fine-looking giant robots. And Wave and Kaiyodo made a whole lot of money off of supremely cool garage kits, which was good for them, at least.

And Hideako Anno said, Let there be lots of angst surrounding these giant robots, and there was Evangelion. And this was not good, but eventually everyone ignored it and he made Love and Pop and KareKano and went away.
lol

The game I just played is much like Gundam, with a young man involved into politics and unwillingly caught up into battle with an awesome mech and all...

mind, while the PS2 ZOE games are actually nothing like it (it being the GBA game), there's definitely a repetitive thing in that whole super-robot-anime... stuff.

The Fist of Mars is a Super Robot Wars rip-off, the development team also worked on various SRW games and just happened to also work on the Fist of Mars.
It's a cheap alternative with some lame action-like controls (dodge and hit) that completely break the game added on top.

If you want the same deal of strategic gameplay on the GBA with better everything, minus the lame hit and dodge sequences, go for Super Robot Taisen Original Generation 1 and 2.
