Just wait for the Fume Knight ;)
hmmmm I just beat the second boss already :p and bosses are quite slow and very predictable not to mention clunky.

Btw...this game is weird because while enemies are very aggressive they are very dumb in comparison to newer titles. Another thing is how easy you can level up here just by farming souls easily. For instance I found the path to the first boss to provide me with easy souls that helped me to buy good items and my AXE ;).

Going to the second boss is even better as you have those huge and slow enemies that look quite intimidating but they are so easy to beat. I took advantage of that and earned tons of souls and got more large titan shards that allowed me to increase the damage of the AXE quite a lot and in combination with a ring I found that increase the attack power am able to slash enemies fairly easy.

Two more bosses have fallen and they were slightly better.

I installed and tested the remastered version of the original Dark Souls and how is it possible that the first boss of the game feels miles better and have the awesome sense of weight while the newer one lacks it almost completely? was Dark Souls 2 made by a different team? how is that possible?

Check out the stunning sense of weight, the weight in the aggressiveness even if not as perfect as the newer ones. That's Dark Souls right there!

Yes, Dark Souls 2 was made by a different team and without Demon's and Dark Souls' 1 director Hidetaka Miyazaki, who returned for DS3. DS2 is by many considered as the worst in the series. I still think it's a good game, but an average souls game.

Also, check this out:

That explains why is so different than the rest. So far it feels to me like the more I progress the better it gets(just slightly better). So far I have beaten quite many bosses and I have the feeling there are many more left before I can reach the final boss right?

Here the latest 5:

Royal Rat is pretty much Sif from DS1, Freja was a very poor boss IMO and Prowling Magus I wouldn't even consider a boss. The dlcs themselves and the bosses there have much better design overall.

I wanna see you dealing with the gank squad in one of the dlcs ;)

Hmmm that is the dilema I have right now as I just want to beat the game but don't know if I want to go through dlcs...

as for bosses I meant that enemies as well as bosses are better in the sense of weight and animations.

Here the last 5 bosses including the ending of Dark Souls II. So far the last 10 bosses or so were not that bad and quite enjoyed the last part of the game. Not going to do any DLC for now but maybe later who knows.

What bangers? The ones that you sit through watching cutscenes half the time? :>
Infidel! without those bangers we won't even exist!!! :p

btw I got the Dragon Talon so I may at least visit one of the DLCs ;) in the mean time I found another boss to beat.

Was I supposed to face that boss earlier? I ask because I felt super OP on that fight.

Yes, that area is supposed to be played after the Heide Tower.
That explains everything.... wonder why I skipped that area when I started playing the game.

In the mean time I have beat the bosses of the Crown of the Sunken King. Enemies in the DLC are very agressive and everything is just as great as the last part of the core game.

I really liked the DLC so let's see how the others are.

And so I beat the second DLC of Dark Souls II "Crown of the Iron King". Just as the other one it was hard AF but fantastic and I really enjoyed the puzzles. For some reasons I have the feeling the next one is going to have the same annoying enemies(ghosts in the previous ones and healing/revive on this one) grrrrrrrrrrrrr. What's next?

Jesus Christ!!! I just beat the 2nd boss in Dark Souls Remastered but to reach his place was a nightmare. I can't really count the amount of times I died till I found a bonfire. How the hell do you add skeletons that comeback over and over? sure you can find the dude summoning them but he is usually hidden somewhere and you are dead before you can even find him.

Then you have a bonfire but you have to go all the way down to the boss and run like mad not to get hit. It took me like 30 tries to find the best spots to reach the boss without facing a enemy..... then I beat the boss and found myself in the next area completely dark and you can fall any time! (where is my freaking torch?) as if that was all there is a giant skeleton you have to face that got me off guard and I died.

.........so aggressive at the start of the game? holy crap!

Err... Catacombs is the later area of the game ;)

In Tomb of the Giants you're supposed to bring your own source of light and there is no torch in this game :p A spell perhaps? Or a special helmet? Who knows, maybe some of those necromancers leave their lanterns behind ;)

Also,

Das ist ein Zweihander! Du musst es mit zwei Händen benutzen
