I've been super interested and super jealous of the PS3 yes.
I'm tired of always being the bad guy, or a secret agent that assissinates everyone, or some dude with powers, it will be a super refreshing change to be on the right side of the law for once and to spend most of the time in a AAA title thinking rather than just killing everything in site. ESPECIALLY since Rockstar are behind it who mostly make games on the wrong side of the law so it's high time they gave the other side a shot.
Everything I've seen about this game just makes me want it more.

Best. Game. Ever.

Fists that have harnessed the power of the apocalypse? [x]
30" purple dildo sword with full dildo physics? [x]
Crotch based attacks with hilarious results? [x]
A cannon that can suck up civilians so you can shoot them for kicks? [x]
A ****ing air strike? [x]

There is so much outrageous **** in this game, I'm going to buy this day one. I sure as **** hope there is a special edition in the making because I want it. Also, the game looks really gorgeous, Saints 2 always looked a little ****ty, but it played so good. Saints 3 looks like it will demolish its predecessor and be one of the best open sandbox style games ever made.

Seriously a dildo sword. With dildo physics. That you can use to hurt people. Because you can.

North American fans rally together to get The Last Story, Pandora's Tower, Xenoblade Chronicles released locally

I'm not going to lie...I'm absolutely fed up with Nintendo over this situation. Quite frankly, Nintendo has next to nothing lined up for the Wii inbetween now and when the Wii U launches. While I'm sure they're hiding a few titles up their sleeves, all we really have to look forward to is Skyward Sword and Kirby Wii. While those games are at the top of my most wanted list for any platform, I know that neither of them will keep me busy for the year+ that the Wii U will take to get here.

I asked Nintendo about The Last Story, Pandora's Tower and Xenoblade Chronicles while at E3, and they gave me the typical runaround. They had nothing to say on the matter, and when I asked what kind of Wii support was going to happen if those games weren't coming, they told me what I told you above. They also listed Wii Play: Motion and Mystery Case Files, but those games are far from the content we're looking for. They may be fantastic titles, but they surely won't fill the void of Xenoblade/Pandora/Last Story.

Glad to see I'm not the only one particularly enraged with the way Nintendo of America is acting lately. Fans all around North America are coming together to start up some grassroots movements to tell NoA what they want. There are Twitter campaigns, emailing pools and even letter-writing initiatives. Will any of this change Nintendo's mind about localizing these titles? I honestly don't know, but at least they'll get an idea of how many people they're letting down. Way to support your fans, Nintendo!

:)

If this doesn't make NoA bring them over to America, nothing will.

I'll say what I have elsewhere, and what others have said. So this finally gets it up to speed with the first Crysis... graphically? That is, it's still well behind in gameplay.

It's better than not having it, but I'm not about to applaud CryTek.

Gamasutra - News - Crytek's Expensive 'Gift' To Its High-End Players
"This is much more like a gift to the high-end community," said Yerli. "And I think gamers will appreciate that. It lifts up Crysis 2 and gives a sneak peak of how PC gaming will evolve in the future, if you support a high-end preference."
A "gift"? I'm sorry, but something CryTek lied about it having from the start, is now a "be happy and lucky we're going out of our way to give you something extra"? Really? It's something that should have been there day one from their own admission.

Speaking of their own admissions, here is something promising.
"Crysis 1's intention was, if I were to play it three years later, it looks great. And it does, actually, it fulfilled that. But it made it difficult for entry-level players," Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli related to Gamasutra. "So with Crysis 2, we took a different direction, and it backfired a little bit."
It wasn't just about the looks. Crysis also had more replayability in the gameplay area. Hopefully they find a happy medium (ala, Battlefield 3) with Crysis 3.

Either way, sorry to rain on the parade. I've seen the screenshots from the news posted a few days ago, and they definitely look very good. The game already looked good before though too really (textures notwithstanding).

I love how you don't "Own" Crysis 2, but are "renting" it as when you run out of activations, you're SOL.

I'm not paying $60 to "rent" a game.

Honestly unless you're really unlucky and have to reinstall windows (guessing) 6 times in a row without deactivating your installation.. this really shouldn't be a problem. Especially in crysis 2 where uninstalling automatically deactivates and gives you your activation back.

Unless people are too lazy to uninstall games nowadays..

You shouldn't have to. Multiply that by how many games have it. You have to keep to track of which games have it, which ones need what done in order to uninstall (sometimes it's more than an uninstall), and it's a hassle. There's also times where maybe you can't get into Windows. Sometimes changing hardware silently reactivates the game (because it classifies it as another PC), and yet reinstalling Windows on the same PC with the same hardware yet also seems to constitute another activation too. It creeps up on you.

I went through this with Crysis (yet have never used on it more than two different PCs). Apparently, upgrading a video card or CPU, and/or reinstalling Windows uses an activation. You don't even get to keep track of how many activations you have. If I reinstall Windows or get a new PC, bye-bye Crysis. That's also on the Steam version. Talk about redundant?

It looks like the Goldeneye game that was made for the Wii (it was pretty kicking rad yo) might be getting a release for the 360 and PS3 which might be a good thing. I'm more interested in an HD update for the classic Bond game, sure it probably hasn't stood the test of time well, and modern COD kiddies wouldn't understand how it works, but dammit that would be a thing I would play, if only to hide in exploded boxes as Odjob so no one can see me in multiplayer.

This is one of my most anticipated games, silly name, awesome looking game. Reminds me of mashed in a way, except it had sex with Just Cause 2 and Zombie Driver and it gave birth to this. More awesomer is that this game is developed by the guys who did Just Cause 2, which means that this game will be ridiculous, and ultimately ridiculously fun.

It'll be out for 360, PS3 and PC, which is fantastic.

It certainly is. The camera work looks really good which is one of the reasons why I really like the look of this game. Zombie Driver is great, but you get dizzy playing it, Renegade Ops looks like it won't have that issue.

I love Zombie Driver, I need to play it some more.
