Virtua Fighter bin + CDVD Problems ... ?!

I'm not very new to emulation, but I have a problem running PS2 games using pcsx2.

My config -
Intel Pentium D (Dual Core) - 2.80 gigahertz
Windows XP SP2
512 Mega Bytes ddr2 ram
Intel GMA 3000 on-board card - 128 mb mem. (Not a real bad card, as they go...)

I just got a Virtua Fighter 4 cue/bin image.
Its my first go at PS2 emulation.
I am using PCSX2 0.9.4 with Peops CDVD 1.30.
I've mounted the game using Daemon-Tools in the Drive H:
Selected that drive in PeOps 's config.
I also cant use other CDVD plugins as they throw up errors.
When I finally start the game , the window disappears for a second and I then get the windows error message that pcsx2t has encountered an error...
Also I use the TLB build as the other one cant allocate enough RAM.
Anyway to get this game to run ?
If you need any other SPEC's just reply and I'll post 'em.
I also have DX 9.0c installed. (Dec 06 build.)
Please help me!:thumb:

dude your PC is very weak to get playable speed in this game and many other
don'tbother
if you cant be helpful instead of droning on about their pc being to weak, dont bother posting, he didnt ask about the speed, he just wants to get it to load.

anyway, to the Op:

Peops you cannot just choose the drive letter and expect it to work. Choose IOCTL as the interface, then the caching mode select "thread mode" then tick the 4mb cache box if its there. that should work.
