Upgraded to epsxe 1.5.1, one new problem

I just upgraded, even though everything worked fine under 1.5.0. Anyway, now that I am using 1.5.1, there is one minor problem, even though my setting sare the same, it runns about 10-20% faster than normal. I tried messing with the FPS skipping and limit and can't seem to figure out how to get it back to normal. Here are my settings, and any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Plugin: P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.1.4
Author: Pete Bernert and the P.E.Op.S. team

Resolution/Color:
- 1024x768 Fullscreen - [16 Bit]

Framerate:
- FPS limit: on
- Frame skipping: off
- FPS limit: Auto

Misc:
- Scanlines: disabled
- Game fixes: on [00000099]

Thanks for the info. I tried that one, it made the counter say 30fps instead, but the game was probably running at around 10fps (really slow music too). By the way, this problem is for battles, the maps tend to work fine no matter what the settings are.

I think one important information is missing: Which game are you playing?

Yeah ePSXe 1.5.1 is indeed running faster than previous version, at least on my Celeron 800 system. I just wonder is the timing of ePSXe accurate comparing to original PSX? Also Internal SPU is still jerky with XA audio when I played Megaman X6 (Eternal SPU is less jerky using Pete OpenGL as GPU plugin... strange). Anyway keep up the good work ePSXe team :) .

sound buffers, refresh rates, etc etc...it's hard to get that right.
