unhandled exeption while Initing nullExtDev?

Hey, sorry to be a complete idiot regarding this (I'm not really a computer savant, just a girl enjoying some Dreamcast gaming), but I got a problem regarding nullDC v1.0.0 beta 1.6

Everything was okay before my computer crashed, but now I get the following error message:

Unhandled exeption while Initing nullExtDev (Nov 7 2007) plugin
