^^Agreed!

Myself and a TONNE of other fans are begging for a PC release on Capcoms forums

GGUK – Will there be a PC version of Super Street Fighter 4?

Leo Tan – Ah, I can’t remember. I can’t remember what we’ve said. If we’ve said that there is, then there is, and if we haven’t, then I can’t say just now.
And Ono said its not planned, but asked that we keep bugging Capcom if we want it!

This is the latest things that have been said about it!

Lost Planet 2(360) 7/10 On co-op so far

Splitscreen co-op is a fun experience but incredibly gimped, due to the way the split screen is done. Recall Re5, but make the screens EVEN SMALLER. My eyes were bleeding after an hour of play hehe.

Game overall is fun though, still really confused on some game mechanics though. Currently in finals week so i dont have time to play more :(

There are several issues with STALKER, though.
1. Without patches, it's a crashing, bugged mess.
2. It's realism is both its selling point and its bane:
- Without armor, you're dead just as fast as your enemies (who are more numerous than you are). Your chances don't improve much WITH armor, either.
- Equipment deteriorates, and you have no way of repairing it.
- You'll need food and drink, requiring inv. space and weight limit.
- Speaking of it, your weight limit is so low you'll have fatique problems carrying 2 pieces of armor, 3 weapons with just enough ammo to come by, an odd assortment of around 5 medkits and maybe a rad suit. Realistic but impractical.
- Wounds often come with the "bleeding" status effect, requiring you to hoard high-rate medkits or bandages, in addition to those you need to keep yourself alive.
- Radiation acts as an invisible wall to places you are not meant to go. Unfortunately, sometimes you'll only realize that when the poisoning is already near it's deadly limit.
3. Pretty much every sidequest is timed. Not just finishing it, but also getting your reward. And if you don't get it in time, the quest will count as failed and you might not get the ending you've been rooting for. And more often than not, this will require backtracking, possibly triggering another sidequest in the process.
4. Apart from the opening and ending(s), the story is told by walls and walls of text.
5. No character, including your own, really stands out. The main quest is often pretty bland and feels disconnected. The sidequests are numerous, but repetitive. The stashes left by dead stalkers are a nice idea, but you won't care to look for them after a short while.
6. The STALKER rating in-game would be a nice addition, but you don't really meet any other member of the list or get any outstanding reward, so it stays a means and end to itself.
EDIT: 7. Anomalies often blend into their environment or block passages you are meant to cross. So you'll run into them more often than you'd need to.
8. The poltergeist is the most annoying anomaly: you have no clue (except being locked in a room with it) that you need to kill it to continue. It'll probably eat up all the ammo you have hoarded without showing any sign of releting before surprisingly collapsing.

If you want a postapocalyptic RPG/shooter done correctly, get Fallout 3. It even runs better on my "minimal requirements" PC.
umm....yeah you know there's something called "SKILL" which you need to overcome the "CHALLENGE" in a game (not just this one). You're just complaining about every thing that can potentially harm you in-game and listing it as an issue. What do you want? Zombies and thugs in pink dresses having tea asking you to head shoot them?

It is a challenging game no doubt but definitely not impossible to complete. You have to prioritize what kind of equipment you need to carry, don't carry a tonne of pistol bullets cuz they're little more then dead weight. Don't carry lots of cheap medkits, go for anti-rad drugs and artifacts instead of cheap Vodka. That's what makes the game more interesting: it isn't just a mindless shooter there is a lot of tactic and planning to it.

1. Without patches, it's a crashing, bugged mess.
Without a monitor, a computer is of no use

Why not apply the patches?

Sorry, but you're just picking on every single aspect of the game and listing it as an issue. The fact that you're not some sort of god who can take 100 bullets from all directions without bleeding is one of the key plus points of this game. And still if you don't like that, there's always trainers.

kingdom of paradise - 6/10

this is a really interesting game, the battle system is quite fun, you can combine over 150 different martial arts from 5 different martial arts styles into making your own combos. the story was abit all over the place though, sometimes it doesnt even make sense, but the battle system alone could make up for that, overall a pretty good game, i'd recommend it for anyone longing for a good RPG game for the PSP.

RE5 gold edition first pls..

RE5 gold edition first pls..
People on the site are asking for that too, including myself ;)

Honestly I could care less for RE5 Gold. I would be happy with just the DLC released for Vanilla RE5

But its actually looking quite unlikely that we will get even that cause Capcom is very unhappy with how well RE5 sold on PC and in the case of SF4 they have said that sales for the PC edition "exceeded there expectations" so its looking to be that we will get SSF4 if the public asks enough for it!

Finally, I kicked Prototype's ending.

Boring story
Boring cutscenes
The ending is so lame
Gameplay is so-so

4/10 meh
Hmm, quite the total opposite of my experience with the game actually.

I foung the ending great. The narrative of the game interesting (since it's mostly told in the messed up flashbacks) and the overall story MORE than passable.

And as for gameplay oO

WTF? It was basically the perfected version of open world super hero/villain games. Hell, for all the time I roamed through manhatten it was the best time I had ever in a game.

Also this:

What Gabe said!

^Hehe nice image & i agree with you, though my end boss fight was easy i managed to get into a chopper and the stupid boss jumped on the propellers and died :rotflmao:.
Just shows how much you can do in this game.

Also just to mention I absolutly LOVE Alex Mercer. Not whiney, not preachy, not any drama bull**** ever delieverd. Just a downright badass Jack Bauer (*200) type of revenge. With thounsends of casulties, but hey just shows.

You don't **** with Alex Mercer.

Also in mentoning of Jack Bauer. Watch the last episodes of 24. Since it's cancelled, the writers probably thought "**** it" and deliever us the great angry Jack Bauer killer we all know and love. ;)

That was the only good part of the game. The character. Rest of the game blew.
In what way? No seriously. In what way did it suck?

The gameplay was great and you could do soooo much things. (Karateckicking a heli and then hijacking it MID-AIR is one of my most favourite things ever). There are a lot of side-missions....

Not to mention that the story while not utterly mind blowing told with a great narrative that is way too underused in games. It seriously got me thinking about the plot and how everything is connected. The web was extremly cool.

Ok I'll check that.

I tried Wolverine the other day, using the Unreal Engine, I hate that they don't configure my gamepad correctly, always have to change some ini.

But the game is no joke, at least in the killing, I didn't think it would be this graphic, I wished the movie would have been like that.

I liked the main story sticking strictly to it made it good, though going outside those bounds doing the sidequest those in turn where boring. The weapons where useless as well, but except for weapons and sidequests i found it a good game all around :p.

So you basically critizize something which can be applied to nearly all open world games? In a game that's clearly based on a over the top superhero/villian storyoO

Yeaaaaaaah, ok. That isn't kinda "the rest of the game"

No, seriously I understand your opinion. What I also understand is that this is probably not your type of game.

Also "It's Hulk" is the lamest and most overrused critizism on that game. It's not. It shows it is the same developer but it is wildly different in playstyle etc. Alone Alex's speed in comparison to hulk makes a big difference. And for that matter all of the points could be applied to vice city and san andreas of gta fame. Yet those were highly fun for many people.

Yeah, bringing up angry joe (which is a 100% complete reviewer and not someone who tries to make entertainem.... Oh wait). Saw it, seen it. Still not entirely true.

I'm not saying it hasn't several elements of H:UD. It still doesn't play the same on a deeper level. Reasons I have already listened.

And it still doesn't make the rest of the game crap. (In fact H:UD is a great game. Just to mention,....)

Damn Noja, i lost just now (your latest post -> Lizard laughing -> your sig-spoiler) :p
