But you need free time to buy free time...

But really... My schedule has been uncomfortably clogged as of recent... I can't do anything productive by the time I get home.
I play guitar everyday after I reach home from work. At least one hour is dedicated to this. From today I start Gym.

So it will be work, guitar, gym, tv, sleep
gaming, movies, etc on the weekend :)

went to Gym yesterday after 3 months of gap.
Gotta get in shape before 25th of this month
Any tips on what kind of food to eat.

ps I am not fat and exercise works very fast on me.
I see results on my body very fast if I goto gym regularly.

oats, bananas and low carb protein shake for breakfast
chicken, avocado, baby spinach and sweet potato lunch
chicken/beef/turkey with broccoli, capsicum, carrots, peas, lentils, sweet potato, baby spinach, jasmine rice, chilli, avocado, pineapple for dinner (any mix will do)

Almonds as a stop gap measure.
Plenty of clean water
Dark chocolate
Protein 1 hour before workout.

Plenty of sleep.

You'll be fit as f*** in about 2 months.

Since I work for Australia, I sleep at 9pm and wake up at 3:30am to get ready to go to work. Work starts at 5am for me. Been in the same routine for the past 3 years.
So I get just 6 hours of sleep.
If I go home from work and sleep straightaway I don't get the strength to wake up to even have dinner. (my own problem really)

Today I had a lot of chest pain in the office, could be heart burn but the pain would increase with every breath I take.
The harder I breathe the deeper the pain but now its gone. Maybe because I ate a lot of food yesterday.

I started on with very light exercise.
Started with about 20 minutes of light cardio and lightest weight on bench press and shoulder press just to open up.
today I will start with some good warmup
Surprisingly I have no muscular pains :)

sorry for long post

Good start!

It's always good to ease into it. If you have the cash standing by, china ship out those bands for around $4-6AU each. Look up Kelly Starret's mobility WAD videos on youtube and he'll get you mobile very quickly.

That sounds like a rough schedule, 6 hours for me is pain and suffering, anything less and it takes me a good 2-3 nights of proper rest before I'm good again. If you can, try and get more rest brother, you have to look after yourself in that area.

Also lol, you don't have to apologise for long posts. Let it flow man!

Yeah, I'm super excited for today, gonna go home, play some guitar and then hit the gym.
I will try to sleep by 8pm today so that I can regenerate some energy.

So, my nexus 7 tablet stopped charging because of a very loose port. Searching around, I saw I could just use a QI charger to "wirelessly" charge the tablet. So I said why not and bought a cheap one (30$).
I receive it, plug it in, it seems to work (led light flashes when plugged in) but... it doesn't charge. So now I'm confused. After looking at it some more, the charger didn't ALWAYS recognize being plugged in.
So I play around with it some more and... the reason it didn't work was that the charger itself HAS A VERY LOOSE PORT AND DOESN'T ALWAYS CONNECT.
Arg. But at least it's more manageable than the tablet, which is just done. The cable really doesn't want to stay connected.
