protected cd-audio on psx

have u heard from the copy-protected audio-cds.
i heard that those are not playable on pc.

my question: did anybody tried those to play on a psx or on a emu??

its a new sort of copy protection for audio-tracks.
i didnt know how it works exactly but it changes the audio data, so that u cant play or rip the cd on a pc. but the cd is playable on a hifi cd-player.
doesn't anybody know how it works exactly.
could be of the reading mechanism of a pc-cdrom-drive.

The copy protection scheme most probably takes advantage of differences in specifications for RedBook CDs (audio) and YellowBook CDs (data). So far, copy protection schemes for CD audio have consisted of adding additional information to the table of contents area on a CD, or adding errors to the track that an audio CD player skips over but a CD-ROM reader has trouble with.
