No$GBA works best with pokemon platinum..are any other solutions to my problem? I tried google search, but it didn't help much.

 

Have you tested your control on other games to make sure those buttons work? Also, you can try delete no$gba.ini file and set your controls again.

 

I tried deleting the .INI file and resetting the controls but that didn't work as well. I also tried it on pokemon diamond and pearl but the menus didn't come up as well.

That didn't work. This is weird cos my A and B keys are working except for the start and select buttons...

 

I just realised my mistake, I had the "Start" and "A" keys set to the same key on my keyboard. Thanks so much for all your help guys! Appreciated! =)
