I am having trouble loading games (ISO and Game Disc) with PCSX 2 0.9.2. Whenever I load up either one, the screen starts, the pcsx2 logo shows up, fades out, and that's about it. The screen stays black, but the fps keeps bouncing up and down like it's trying to run something.

I'm running windows xp with a nvidia 7950 gtx video card that has 512mb. I have 1 gig of system ram and a 2.00 gigahertz Intel Core 2 Duo, the T7200 I believe.

Ok i rephrase. Wich DVD plugin where you using for loading the ISO's you made?
It's not uncommon that a DVD drive is incompatible (in lack of better word) with emulation. For example my old DVD burner refused to work with PS1 (in ePSXe) and all PS2 (in PCSX2) games. I always had to make ISOs to play.
But when making images you gotta get the config right or you'll get the same errors as with the physical discs. And that is confusing.

Try making a virtual Drive with Daemon Tools. Mount a game in it, and then set up peops for that drive.

Download cpu-z and tell us what procesor it display's.
The procesor you said you had is for laptops and dosn't work on a desktop pc.

Also, PEOPs is a DVD plugin, NOT an ISO plugin.
Noone said it is. You mount the ISO in a virtual drive (using Alcohol 120%, Daemon Tools, or w/e you like). Then you point peops to said virtual drive and it handles it just like any physical one.
Thats the only way i know to use peops with ISOs. And using peops has been encouraged by the devs often. Being the most compatible.
