ok, let me explain.
I am setting up a wireless LAN, and every other computer but mine has a free PCI slot, so its easy to just stick a wireless card in the PCI slot, and away they go.
Well thanks to my crappy mobo, i have filled all of my PCI slots (i only have 3 !!!)
This wasn't a problem with our old wired LAN since i had an onboard LAN port built into the MOBO.
My question is. Can you somehow upgrade an existing wired LAN slot into a wireless LAN slot.
Or could you suggest an alternative, short of buying a new mobo. :p

Reason I mentioned UK sites it because that's where little knipper is according to his profile.

Just run to any local computer store that sells networking hardware....they should have one. It's a little stick that plugs into your usb port (almost looks like a jumpdrive) that does the same thing a pci wireless card does.

You can also buy wired to wireless ethernet adapters. I can only see one listed on Amazon.co.uk and it's out of stock though.
