how come when I click on a game to play and it goes to full screen if I alt tab out it goes to window mode and i can't go back to full screen. also it doesn't show the menu when i alt tab as well and it asks me to save state for resume how do i not let this happen i just want the game to exit without anything popping up like in last update.

Double mouse click on the game window or while game is running to toogle full screen and window mode, alternatively in controller settings hotkeys you can hotkey Fullscreen toggle to a key or button, by default it should be the F key.
As for the other issue in general settings tick off confirm power off.
