Great, very detailed info...

If you really want help, post more stuff, like your GPU and SPU settings and your PC specs. Mainly CPU, graphic card and amount of RAM

Take a look at your SPU settings, especially buffer size.
If it doesn't change, try Peops SPU, it's about as good as yours, but much easier to have good speeds with
