My game is running at 80-90 frames a second when it should be running at 60 FPS. How do I slow it down?
Huh? That would cause a performance hit. That is not the way to do it. With the audio synced the game runs at its correct speed. It does not need to be 60. Let the game run at the speed it was meant to.Enable Anti Aliasing and Antiostropic Filtering in your graphics card's display settings.
Yeah, but he stated he was getting around 80-90fps. You were getting much higher than that with a 3850. If he has a lower graphics card (which I am 98% sure he does) the hit could be much worse. So while this may have worked for you, odds are for most people it will not have the same effect. Not to mention that there are some games that do not like it when AA and AF are turned on.If the audio plugin is Chankast's. I don't recall the Chankast plugin having any audio settings.
Tried it on a PC with AMD Dual Core processor, 2 GB RAM and Ati HD 3850.
The games ran too fast on it. Then using AA and AF max settings, there was no lag; the fps limit was like the desired normal limit.
