I didn't download then off the internet, I meant that I downloaded them from my play station disk onto my computer. I used alcohol 120% to do that because I didn't want to have to keep my disk in my computer all the time. If that's illegal, sorry for wasting your time. I own the actual disk and everything I just wanted to play ff7 and chrono cross on the comp without having to have the disk every time.

Ok. You made an ISO, it is legal to make backup of your own games (but don't call them downloaded).
Does the same thing happens when you run from the cd?

Yup same problem, but I can run it from my play station fine. What do you call it when you download the cd onto your hard drive as an image? The sound works as far as I can tell. I've actually gotten chrono cross to have the video flash on and off really fast and the screen looks like this the part that shows the game turns black and the part that is black shows the game when it is flashing. It crashes once I press the start button.

i dont know how to help you but downloading your game to your computer is called making an ISO. An ISO is the game file.
