I definetly won't get it ASA it is released because of other two titles that I would die to play. GTA VC and Smackdown SYM.

It wasn't Fatal Fury. IIRC it was another game on a fighting enginr named MUGEN.

Get it when its greatest hits, Syed. Save money for better things, but i have to admit......i want to see how that game turns out.

Mai is naked in some of the anime movies, (me thinks) but all you get in the game is some major jubbling.

Im reviving this thread to ask about a bug in Mafia.
I cant hear any original sound in sound effects, I hear only the bass, resulting in muffled car engine sound, gunshots, dialogues, etc etc. Anyone knows what my problem is? I've tried adjusting the settings but have gotten no results.

my personal view about Gta 3 and Mafia is that:Gta3 is nothing as compared to Mafia.Mafia's gameplay,story,graphics and missions are far better than gta3.i have ended both games.and i was really disappointed by Gta3.Mafia's whole story is good specially ending.it was sad.i have been playing games since the time when i used a floppy to run a game.like there was prince of persia.since that time i have never played anything like Mafia.It's a golden game.two days ago i bought 'Hitman2' and 'No one lives forever 2'.both are very nice games.there graphics are very good.you guys should get them too.

Alright. How'll you compare the fun factor of the two?

As I said before, it is like comparing GT3 and NFS. Everything from graphics to gameplay is simply awesome in GT3, yet I prefer NFS over it; why? "cause NFS is more FUN to play.

he simply answered that already, syed. "gameplay" etc etc counts for fun, so dont bother arguing your point. just relax gta:vc is just around the corner.

and to neversurrender: i also have nolf2 (no one lives forever 2) and hitman 2, hitman isnt as fabled as everyone is making it to be, but iam still in early stages. nolf 2 is just as great as the first, a true sequal done right and doing its previous counterpart justice!

I LOVE HITMAN. They are the most stylish games ever. So cool. Especially if you do the levels the "right" way it's just so smooth. And if you notice all the references to movies. Hitman and Hitman 2, some of my favorites of all time.

Or may be we had different aspects of approach to GTA. Imagine going from GTA2 to GTA3 directly (being dissappointed in the middle by Driver2).

Honestly, the new "thug simulator" I am more focused at is True Crime.

Hmm as mentioned obove, I would like to give a slight comparison between the two games, i.e GTA3 and Mafia.

GTA3 is a good game in over all, but what makes Mafia takes over is the story Line. Due to this strong factor each mission of Mafia seems to fit together, very nicely. Whereas in GTA3 the mission just come without any storyline. But the graphics and AI of GTA3 is much better. The car damage in Mafia sucks, U smash the car ten times in Mafia, ain't gonna cause much damage.

Bottom line is that Mafia has a very good story line, and Im enjoying it more compared to GTA3.
