I've searched all appropriate forums to find maybe some recent configs that have worked on atleast 8 year old systems and newer and cant seem to find anything. So anyways I'm trying to run this game and I'm getting like blocky graphical issues in the background pixels in areas they don't belong and a lot of like movement when there shouldn't be.Shaky almost shall we say.Anyways this is what I'm running it on and this is the settings I got,if anyone can give me some advice or tell me some good configs for the vid on this game with modern gpu's it would be greatly appreciated.

works well in FF VII, FF VIII, Chrono cross (Although there is a different bug causing 15fps for me in that game)...just tried legaia and it seemed fine (Found an input bug in 2.0.2 though cause I had to go to hakari plugin to get the controller to work)... it's a little shaky on the cutscenes but game play was fine....I am also using hires texture filter so that adds a little faint line between some of them, turning that off and it looks normal to me... while your cpu is a bit weaker than mine (i5 2400) your Video card is a bit faster....(r7 265 versus the r9 380)
