Please, I need serious help here, my 2nd memory card just deleted it files, I tried to open it with a memory card manager and nothing, what I should do, shit, what to do now? Im fucking crying, please, help.

As for recovering a memory card's deleted content, there's no failsafe method if the raw sectors have been purged instead of just hidden (check that just in case - the nature of user error wasnt specified). You could try a file recovery application and see if it catches an earlier version of memcard 2, assuming the space it occupied wasnt overwritten since (loaded memcards write modifications upon save and on closure).
Also note that memory cards may be stored within savestates if you generated any earlier, and you could also recover them from there (not straightforward).
In recent epsxe versions, memory cards can be saved separately for every game, so any you edited or formatted would not affect the saves of other games. Presuming you didnt set it this way, but it simplifies keeping updated backups of game data.
