You should be able to configure that in the controller settings. There should be a box that you can press and gives you choices like rumble features and the expansion pack under controller #1, if that's which one your using. If that doesn't work use the latest Nrage Plugin.

If that is the case why does he have this problem?

 

Because he messing around with his emulator. They have rbd database with every game setting that should work from start. You shouldnt touch settings installed by the emulator writters. It my 2 cent.

 

If you're meaning the Controller Pak (as in: what you save stuff to), it'll be in the Controller Plugin options. Since I use an Adaptoid, I can't help you with that I'm afraid.

 

Yeah I solved my problem, I did what CaptainISO Mentioned and it's working fine now. I don't know how I could of missed that important option in the configuration:???:
