how do you uninstall epsxe?

I tried to simply delete all the files associated with it but that didn't do anything. When I downloaded and installed it again all the settings were the same as they were before I removed it. So does that mean there's some dll files in some system directories I need to get rid of or is it the registry or what? What should I do to uninstall epsxe completely?

Here's the problem that made me wanna do this in the first place:

So I'm playing a Crash Warped ISO, right? When all of a sudden there's glitches in places where they had never occured before. So I reinstall the ISO (which caused me to lose all my saved games, one of which contained a BEATEN DEVELOPER TIME on a level!... still punching walls about that) Then the bios. Didn't do diddly squat. And finally epsxe itself which I couldn't even do as stated above. If you think the problem lies in something else entirely, please tell me about that too.

Any help.. ANY help at all will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

oh man never delete by moving all of it's files it'll mess things up
do it from the add/remove programs in the control panel

well, to completely uninstall epsxe, you have to delete the files and the registry entries (which i dont recommend u do unless u know EXACTLY how to do it). o ya, epsxe isn't listed in my add/remove programs list. i just dl'ed the zip then unzipped the files to a folder. is there some kind of version that automatically does it, like normal programs that have a setup program?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Vision Thing\PSEmu Pro
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\epsxe
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Vision Thing\PSEmu Pro
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\epsxe

And one again ... NOT recommended if you don't know how to delete it. It's in Windows registry [Start -> Run -> Regedit].

I think I remember someone releasing an Epsxe registry cleaner.. As to totally uninstall epsxe..
