That's actually a converter that can changed various type of save format.

and where do I have to save the file (in wich folder )

 

You have to put the save inside the Battery folder located inside your no$gba folder. The emu will automatically generate that Battery folder after you run a game and closed the emu. You can also make a folder call Battery yourself.

The file need to be in the same region & name as ur game.
