how do you enter gameshark codes correctly? i know their is a gameshark option in the emulator but it never works. any help?

you need to download pec from /pec.emucheater.com . The "cheat" option allows you to add custom hack to get certain games working.

astroduck, yes ... if you use cheats which are designed for another game, the emulator may crash.
This can also happen if the cheats are wrong.
