HI i can't get the codes to work on the cheat plug in thingy can you help all i want is

I suppose you are using the pec plugin. Select it as your plugin and then click on configure, then select in the windows that appears you graphics plugin. Now configure your epsxe and close it. Then open the cheat program and select the two cheats and click on send cheats to plugin. A window will appear with a "waiting for emu" dialogue. Now open epsxe and click on run cd rom or load iso and then enjoy.
