Can't seem to get this game to work no matter what I do. After the " published by square..." screen, it just stays black. The other 3 cds seem to load up allright so I tried another disk 1. I even tried an iso of disk 1 but got the same results. I'm using the newest epsxe and the newest plugins.

Has anybody seen this before?

is it the uk version?.....if it is then it's not emulated yet.....if not...check the faq @ psxemu...

It's US, and I've done everything thats in the faq.

Every other game I've tied works (If supported by the emu, that is).

Quite simple:
Load the game from one of the working discs,select New Game,it will ask for the first disc,get back to ePSXe select change disc,insert the first disc and it should work.

shound like its hanging up on FMV's try using the defult spu.

null2 spu can frezzup with square FMV's

Hey, i had the exact same problem when i was new to emulation, then i noticed i disabled Mdecs so i enabled them and it worked.
