I have downloaded FFIX couple days ago, everything went so smoothly no problems at all, untill I made it to disk 2 where I needed to go to Cleyra(sp?) right after the pansy snake boss fight (I think it was Ralvurahva) then as soon as I entered the Cleyra, screen went black, sound however remained still. I have been suggested to try different emulators but I really don't know how to make backup of my FF9 save state. So, I have 3 questions:

1) How to fix this black screen problem?
2) How to take my ff9 savestate in put it in other working emulator?
3) Any other suggestions?

Sorry I'm big newbie when it comes down to emulators.

Oh and I'm using ePSXe 1.7 Emulator, running ISO files not CD's.
