ePSXe now locked to 30FPS after updating to Windows 11

When I was on Windows 10, I could play my ISO's at 60FPS on ePSXe, including Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

I made the mistake of "upgrading" to Windows 11, as Windows 10 is approaching end of life.

I just fired up ePSXe for the first time since being on Windows 11, and now ALL ISO's are capped at 30FPS, no matter what the settings are or what compatibility options I choose.

Is there ANY way around this? I am very frustrated by this as ALL games on this emulator are jerky as hell at 30FPS.

I attached my DXDiag file, in case it helps.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am now using DuckStation. Easy to set up and no need for plugins. So far Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is running at 60FPS. Alien Trilogy is still 30FPS, but maybe that's the speed of that game. DuckStation is actually giving me perspective-correct textures, which I never got on any previous emulator I used.

I have run into some problems. Duckstation won't let me use my analog sticks in some games, like ePSXe can and a lot of my ISO's don't have cheats on Duckstation. Can someone please help me get ePSXe to work properly so my 60FPS games aren't locked to a measly 30FPS?
