So I woke up and went on my computer. At first I thought it was a bird chirping since the kids next door to me caught a bird and were chasing it around. Then after a while the noise persisted I started thinking it sounded awfully close to be a bird outside. I then figured out it was my cpu fan that is squeaking. It's a brand new cooler/fan so I am not sure why it's squeaking and I don't feel like tearing everything apart again just to fix or replace the fan. The cooler is a Cooler Master V8.

I wouldn't be lazy about fixing the issue, what if the fan dies and overheats and causes damage? would cost you money cuz you were too lazy to fix on small problem
I just don't have the money. Also don't want to risk breaking anything since I have very shaky hands. I am monitoring temps and will probably shut the system down at night until I can replace the fan.

Archamedes?

Also download speedfan or hardwaremonitor and keep an eye on the CPU fan RPM and make sure they're closed normal operation for your cooler.

When my 5 year old fan on the CPU cooler started clicking the RPM dropped quite a lot over usual operational speed and the louder than fan was the lower the RPM was.

So in my opinion monitoring the RPM like that is a good way of making sure the fan is running normally if you're worried about it. Hardwareinfo is especially useful cuz it remember the minimum RPM for as long as the program is open.

Also how on earth did you end up with a CoolerMaster V8? So many dual-fan heatsinks out there these days for extreme air cooling that I'd have thought one of those would make the clear choice for someone looking for a new premium cooler, like the "weaker" (I'm not sure about that...it's just newer) V6GT for instance.
