cant get acces to xinput1_3.dll?

ok im trying to get my ps2 controller to work. but when i start 360ce.exe, it says something about that it can not acces to xinput1_3.dll, because its being used by another program. how can i get it to work?

Why don't you take a screenshot of the error and post it? Or else get a pen and paper and copy down EXACTLY what comes up, and then post it here?

Problems are generally due to not having the necessary requirements. See requirements at http://ngemu.com/threads/what-is-x360ce-and-how-to-use-it.154965/ . Check you have them all, then try again.

well the message is not in english , but i can try to translate it. and i have installed all the necesary requierements

there developed an not conducted exeption in the program. if you click on continue,the program will ignore the error and try to continue. if you click on exit,the program will close.

the proces can not get acces to the fileC/documents and settings/Igor/locale options/temp/xinput1_3.dll because it is being used by another proces

TRy ctrl-alt-delete > start task manger > processes > x360ce.exe > right click > end process. Then try again.

If that doesn't work, move x360ce.exe to another folder (e.g. create one on the desktop) and try again.

If you still have problems fully reboot your computer. Then try again.

Else right click x360ce.exe > run as administrator. Try again.

ok when i run it as adminstrator i get this error xbox360ce.exe NET framework intilatization error

unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application

i have then tried to install net framework again and this time i noticed when it was finished installing, it says installerror. what can this problem be?

What OS are you running? If XP you can only install 4.0.

But the above error message suggests you have 4.0 already installed.
