Hey forum

I'm new to this place and I thought I could ask a question:

How do I speed up my pokemon games (LG + FR) other than pressing and holding space all the time?
LG and FR happen to be very very slow even while holding space and the gameplay is very "choppy" doing so.

Sapphire, however is running comfortably fast so levelling is no problem at all.

I watched some videos on YouTube concerning the speeding up issues on the vba. Yet I did not find anything for mac users.

Can you guys help me out?
