For the sound plugin, use Pete's Dsound 1.9 repair (should be on these forums, which is a revived project and sounds better than Eternal) For graphics Pete's OpenGL 2 1.9, with the internal X and Y resolutions set at "high" or "ultra high" (if your video card can handle it).
