For those who knew 3dState, I must tell it has came back, with a new student license version, and more new features (hardware per vertex lighting, some shaders stuff, new stencil shadows, etc).
Available for different programming languages, such as Visual C++, Visual Basic, Borland Builder, Delphi, VB .NET and Visual C#.
Really easy to use, and very suitable for beginners in 3d programming for games!
