i may be losing my sense of humour but i just don't get the funniness in either videos o_O

this is probably me getting older though...im noticing that i get less and less of internet humor these days (penny arcade....CAD....and VGcats often times has me wondering what in the world is funny)

well apprently the facts itself is not that funny, but to contradict to yourself in that way, in a (well prepared?) presentation is not funny its kinda sad... world leader in Computer Entertainment...

finding the time and spending the effort to cut and edit a video to ridicule a company and act out one's fanboy fantasies is just as, if not more sad...

failing to see that most, if not all, of the video is incoherent and not actually contradictory of anything (note...sony != software devs) is also quite :(

They forgot to add MGS4, Getaway, LAIR, FFXIII, 8days, the NaughtyDog game etc... to the clips ;)

Oh and i dont see how PS1 games on the PSP is a lowpoint... neither the PSP conectivity with the PS3...

Oh and thanks for trying to ruin a thread that was so far fanboy war free ;)

Just becouse you had high expectations doesnt mean it was the worst.

Wii's was probably the best one but i dont see MS conference beating Sonys. Just couse they showed 1min of Halo 3?

We got FFXIII, the new MGS4 trailler, 8 days and Naughty Dog game, the PSP interactivity with games that its simply gonna pwn, 15 playable games even though were 6+ months away from launch (never been done before), the new "Eye Toy" Toy, we got a release date, a price, downloadable content for the PSP during the conference and in the end you could even play the games.

It's not just you, that last video didn't even bring the slightest grin to my face. CAD however :evil:

Sony showed enough stuff that made me interested in their new console. Microsoft on the other hand, what did they have? The best news they brought was that this time they didn't get GTA with a 6 month delay. I mean, come on, if something like that is THAT important to you to announce it at E3, might as well bought the rights to have it as an exclusive title like Sony used to do. That would've given it an edge over PS3, this does not.

i wonder whos gonna break it to him that using rubber ducks doesnt make you regret making stupid decisions for no reason at all.

but i think at the E3 thing he implied it was going to be an XBox 360 exclusive, which about 10 minutes later was null and void when Gamespot bloggers at the converence got an email from Rockstar saying it would be out on the PS3 at the same time lol

yeah, actually the Japanese find the PS3 too expensive as well, according to Famitsu.
MGS4 and FFXIII being some of the most anticipated games, that might fix it a bit. But what the Japanese want most, is Zelda.

Yeah the more I see and read.... the better it looks for Nintendo! I think the Wii will get a good start, and maybe even be the leader for awhile, but as prices drop on 360 and especially PS3 they'll start to take over.

The reason? well, for game developers the Wii will just not be the console I start devoloping that next best-selling shooter / RPG / action... game for. Because what these games have been doing for the last 6 years is upgrade graphics, add some new features, maybe add some physics. TADA it always works and they sell well.

Hey does anyone know how to get FF9 disc 3 working? I have epsxe 1.52 and I am using an ISO (or IMG file) to load the 3rd disc. I have been having problems with this. I only seem to get a black screen.

Specs:

2.6 Pentium IIII
7500 MOBILITY RAEDON
512 MB RAM
40 GB

and help would be appreciated...
