Get this: A Cray X1 had 1ghz of power

...and that was considered the worlds fastest computer for a while back in the early eighties...

Aren't supercomputers nothing more than a bunch of linked processors anyway? (Thus making them multicore?)

Which brings up another question: Since it's possible for supercomputers to use linked processors as one core.. Why can't regular PCs do it? I'd take a 12Ghz Single Core over a 3Ghz Quad core

Hey, I can code too, although mostly Java and other high-level languages (e.g., .NET). I'm not an emu coder though, actually wanted to get into PC game development but haven't yet. *sigh* Maybe one of these days...

yep... there are times where an agressive side of me comes to light and sadly/thankfully this is now and may not remain till Christmas day

its mostly notaciable because of the way i behave when talking/writing to people i can´t stand, how fast i get ungry and the music i listen(notable on MSN).
