In java? What? Java uses Swing for its interface which looks different to windows, those screenshots are all wrong because they are in the windows themed interface.

Ok, I'm going to enjoy reading his thread...

"Oh, the program is written in java, so i don't know any **** of Cpp anyway."
ok after reading this am pretty shure this emu is a fake and this guy doesn´t know about emulation...anyway looking at the shots i think this program wasn´t written in Java.

if this emu(window)was written in Java then i hope this guy knows what Java is!* or maybe the emu wasn´t written in Java....maybe with MSExcel or MSWord???

*Note:
What is Java?
Java is a language developed by Sun Microsystems which allows World Wide Web pages to contain code that is executed on the browser. Because Java is based on a single "virtual machine" that all implementations of java emulate, it is possible for Java programs to run on any system which has a version of Java. It is also possible for the "virtual machine" emulator to make sure that Java programs downloaded through the web do not attempt to do unauthorized things.

Java doesn't only run from browsers though, however it is what really helped it get off the ground.

Needless to say Java's GUI does NOT look anything like the windows interface whatsoever, it is unique for itself and is not operating system dependant. It looks the same on whatever you run it.

Online play (infrastructure) will be available too, all connecting Peer to Peer. (My server will function as a main host)

P.S: Should i log all IP's of everyone that is not believing this, and add some 'funny' programs in it? xD
You don't even need to see the screenshots. Those sentences alone talks about his (lack of) knowledge about networking, and hence about sockets, interprocess communication, client-server systems, p2p systems etc. You can extrapolate that into his programming skills and the rest, or formally rebuke it like our resident emu authors have done :)

Normally I'm on the good willed band who tries to believe until the end, but this time the framer didn't even try...

It can look like that. See here

Or look at azureus.

Ps.: You can also use other GUI toolkits and still use java to develop. You don't have to use swing to develop java GUI apps. See Jambi, for example.

I doubt he knows anything ;)

Well, its been proven fake, end of story.
Well, thats a fact it wasnt THAT difficult to fool SOME people for A FEW days.

At least he put up some effort in doctorin' the screenies. But unless he presents us with shockingly-doctored videos of Bush dancing on DDR, we'll have to assume it was just a 14yo wannabe script kiddie. :yippee:

A video of the emultor would be useless, as a mod was released that lets you record what you do as a .gif file
