maybe some bad patches/cheats?
or do you have the problem only when enabling dualcore?

I've just removed all Ati keys from registry in safe mode and reinstalled lastest driver: now it works Thanks

 

Just tried Zelda:TP on Rev 3798, ZOMG XD its missing some music and the sfx maybe abit quiet, but theres no noise, its smooth and crystal clear XDD

on IL the sfx is perfect
