btw, what are you using to monitor the temp? the mobo temp indicator in the BIOS isn't exactly a very accurate one....
 
That's funny, it should release itself as soon as you apply enough pressure on the heatsink locks.

btw, you SHOULD remove the mobo from the case, in case you haven't done so yet. ;)

Yes. Put some Arctic Silver on it.

As for the temperature sensor in ECS boards, they are wildly inaccurate. I use Sisoft Sandra. Like that's accurate too, but hey, at least it's not an error margin of 10 degrees celsius. :heh:
 
Hehe, I guess the room temperature here's hotter than your Celery right now (36 degrees Celsius) :cool:
