using ps3 and xbox 360 controller on pcsx2

Hi all, I just encounter some issue with my pcsx2. I get nice fps on mh2 but there is a problem when I try to connect it with ps3 and 360 controller. I had try to config the controller but it just wouldn't run correctly like the one on my ps2? Any one knows plugin that can give support to those controllers?
