I highly recommend that you learn HTML.

I also recommend that you ditch Frontpage as well.

There is a lot of extra unnecessary code that is produced with Frontpage.

For webhost go with Brinkster.com. They offer 30 MB of space and 15 MB bandwidth per day.

I don't recommend Geocities because you can easily hit the bandwidth limit.

2- How do I upload my files to the site?

If you use Brinkster or Geocities, they have their own file manager. No FTP required.
