I just got the demo and I am getting 20fps all settings in game maxed. Can get a nice 45-50fps with 2xAA 2xAF and still all game settings maxed. Looks great.

I tried this one out aswell. It looks like it could be very cool, for an arcade racer. I wasn't very impressed with the handling cheractoristics however. This could be improved however if I had a racing wheel and not a D-Pad. Looks like the braking was pretty accurate, when I was locked up into a sharp turn, I wasn't turning for nothing. I do like however the damage models, as they are fairly nicely done, but losing my wing in a gentle tap on my rear quarter kinda erked me. Sound is very good aswell, from accurate engine sounds to tire whine in the hard turns. The aspect it will bring from the story behind it should make for a lasting playtime I think. Looking forward to this forsure.
