Talk about thin bottlenecks!

I put an extra 128 PC 133 RAM on top of 128 on my 1.2 Giga Hertz. I have a Voodoo 3000.

If anything, I'm getting 2-3 frames LESS per second.

Yep, that Voodoo 3 is a big time bottleneck on a 1.2 Ghz machine. Also adding extra RAM to a machine isn't likely to speed up emulation since emulation doesn't require that much RAM anyways. But it shouldn't decrease your framerate unless you changed your system RAM's CAS and latency settings.

I haven't changed a thing.

The computer thinks it can do more than it really can.

Also, since it's a PCI, it makes things worse. I also have a powerful sound card connected to my PCI AND my modem. My whole freakin PC runs off my PCI slots.
