I have other devices in my apartment that just aren't up to the task of gaming. For example I have a laptop that I would like to take up to my room and play some games on. I am wondering if it is possible to Stream games using my main PC, to other devices in the apartment?

Stream Games over a local network.
I found a program and it works quite well locally. Currently using splashtop but if there is something better please let me know.
I tried streammygame few years ago and it worked kinda ok. Don't know about the current situation.
Splashtop eh? Funny, i discovered a version of that for ipad just yesterday so I can "stream windows 8". Wasn't a free app but it supports gestures, so you can simulate the win8 tablet experience quite well on ipad.
Well it appears Splashtop remote desktop experiences issues with mouse input in games and doesn't support gamepads connected to the remote system.
Built in Windows Remote Desktop application with good LAN can do that imo. Other than that, Logmein also good for fast Internet connection.
