I am trying to play game Animal Crossing.

have you tried other games
if it happens in other games it must be the settings but i think theres no prob on settings

my Yu gi oh has that prob so i guest it in the game

 

No there are no solutions, it's related to both lack of speed and imperfect sound emulation.

 

Yes...:agree:No$ is still far from perfect emulator.So,don't think the sound always PERFECT.Problem with the sound is little expected.

 

quit all othr applicatins & non essential services see if that helps

NO. The speedup is like a fast-forward button. IT IS NOT MEANT TO MAKE GAMES WHICH RUN SLOWLY RUN FASTER. It's only there so people upon replaying a game can skip through the dialog this time instead of sitting there and pressing 'A' for 5 minutes.

it does speed up the game

well watever, works fr me in most of the times except during normal gameplay in pokemon

 

I don't think I ever tried pressing + on a slow game, but I can only imagine it increasing frameskipping, not speed, like "Phantom Hourglass-fast" on 2.6 with Realtime, Auto speed.

tried realtime once pc crashed
most of my games run at good spd excpt splitrcell & COD4

before +button:
Crappy PC + Pokemon = lag

after +button:
Crappy PC + Pokemon + +button = perfect gameplay

In other words it's not a magical button to make slow games run perfect, it's only meant as a fast-forward button for boring dailogues or battle scenes or the like.
