It's normal to not find patches, and 4x speed is a normal speed read time...you can't over-clock enough to get playable speeds on that, sorry, you NEED to upgrade your computer, and a decently expensive upgrade too.

Did you at least enable MTGS and DC mode in CPU options?, using the latest GSdx, beta builds, CPU hacks, ok? If not, obviously a far to weak computer. Did you install the AMD Dual Core hotfix also?

CPU hacks are included in the latest beta's which you can find on the PCSX2 site itself...people never look

Downloads > Public beta's.

CPU hacks are an option in them, make sure to grab that Dual Core hotfix.

Enable all speed hacks, and google "AMD Dual Core hotfix" I've told you ALL you should need to know, as has everyone else in this thread and check my sig for further information.

Also, before you go thinking you'll get full speed and post about it: You won't, it's just not possible to get Full Speed in many 3D games(At least unless you're looking at a wall in it )

With my specs, I'm unable to get full speed (constantly) in MANY 3D games also, and your rig isn't nearly as good, so...yeah, don't expect much, 2D games, sure, you'll have NO issues, pretty much, but 3D...yeah.

Your PC is not ONLY using 14%. That is showing your game is run ONLY at 14% speed, in that picture shown by FPS=7. That game you show us normally runs at FPS=50.

ever thought of looking on AMD's site? or googling it?, its the 3rd option down ffs! not hard to find.

and its called "AMD Dual Core Optimizer" tho "hotfix" still brings up the result.
