Once upon a time three boys went to a bookshop. There they chose a book worth 30 $ and purchased it.At that time the owner of shop wasnt there and his son(the shopkeeper) was handling the shop. Each of the three boy contributed 10$ and gave 30 $ to the shopkeeper. After sometime the shop owner returned and he found out that actual cost of book was 25 $.He gave 5 $ to shopkeeper and asked him to return the money to three boys. The shopkeeper went to three boys but he thought it would be very difficult to divide 5 $ equally between three of them so he gave them 1 $ each and kept remaining 2 $ for himself.
Now the book worths 9 $ (as they got 1 $ back) to each of the three boys.
9 X 3 = 27 .
2 $ are kept by the shopkeeper.
27+2 =29.
What happened to remaining 1$ ???????????

It has already been explained time and again. They tell you exactly where every single dollar goes in the question. Then they just try to confuse you with math that doesn't have much to do with the question afterwards. Tada.
Guess that should be the answer . But ill exclude the tada ...:p

Here's a question , do it in your mind as fast as possible , and check your answer with a calculator .

1000.
add 10 to it
now another 1000
add 20...
and another 1000
add 40
1000 once more.
and a 30 .

The answer is ?:p

Anyway for all those who think they solved this one(most of them are wrong) here is a very very simple question and this time there are no tricks at all, just simple mathematics.

Once upon a time a boy was going out from his home.He was very short of money. He prayed to God "If you can double the money I have right now then I will submit some money to whatever church that comes in the way.God was pleased to hear this.God said to the boy "lets make a deal ,I will double your money but you will have to submit 20 $ to every church in the way.As soon as you will submit 20$, remaining money will automatically double itself."
The boy accepted the deal without thinking much about it.His money was doubled. He went out of his home and reached the first church. He submitted 20$ at the church and his remaining money was doubled again. He reached second church, submitted 20$ and his remaining money doubled again. When he reached the third church and submitted 20$ again he found out that all his money was finished.

How much money he had before praying to God ?

NOTE:- This is very simple so if you get the answer very quickly please try not to post it so that others may also try to solve this one.

I got this one after about 2 minutes, simple enough i guess
God is sneaky in this one eh?

New question time.

Another question.

Note- All those who already know the answer please dont spoil.

"A shopkeeper had few weights for measurement purposes. Once he was using his 40kg weight when it suddenly fall down and broke into 4 pieces. Now 4 pieces are such that he can measure anything(each and every weight like 1 kg , 2 kg, 3 kg .... upto 40 kgs) between 1 to 40 kgs."

What are the values of 4 weights ?

to make nice weights he should have 5+5+10+20 but that isnt it....
