Don't know absolutely exactly, but it proll has to do with your TV now being exactly 640x480 and your moniter displaying at a slightly different ratio than your Moniter, hardly noticible, but will prolly in effectchange the location of a few pixels cuz they are averaged differently with that enabled. Also your screen looks a bit squarer if you ask me.

 

yup, i think it maintains the proportion independetly of the resolution. FF9 runs at 320x244 (IIRC) and at 640x480 (for example) isnt the double of 320x244, hence, the image is shown slightly stretched. keep aspect ratio fixes that

Yeah but it does hell to games. Changing the settings on your monitor, ick, take tekken 3 for example. it makes it about 480 by 640.... And stretches it beyond belief...

That shot is extremely blurry. Is it a problem with the compression, or is it a software plugin?

That shot with the feathers is the BEST picture from ePSXe that I have ever seen. GOOD JOB. May I ask what your settings were at the time with that pic?
