but some games has similiar job system
e.g final fantasy tactics
the gameplay is very different though... (it's RTS RPG)

oO There were only a handful of LAN titles, and I think they were mostly just racing games.

If you want a game like that, try Monster Hunter on the PS2.

I've never heard of one, and there'll never be a LAN game either. Just 2 player (or more with multitap, I suppose).

 

They could have set it up for 2 Playstations hooked up together, right? but I don't think many games supported the linking technology...

I've played a lot of RPGs and the only games similar to RO are other MMOs of Korean or Japanese make. Of course if you mean just the whole leveling with a different class model there are a couple games like that, but not for PS1.
