Hi,

I got some problems with Super Mario Galaxy. First, I'm getting only 25fps, but the VPS always shows 100%. In video sequences though I'm getting 60 fps.

2nd: The Wii control configuration in general is somehow not fully working with my gamepad. It detects my gamepad and i can use both analog sticks, but i cant assign the buttons. Its just not reacting to them.

specs:

win7 64bit
e8400
HD4870
Logitech Rumblepad 2 USB
SVN 4525

My guess would be that it's an optimization related problem with the emulator (a GPU bottleneck of some sort). I too can only get up to 46FPS (although a full 60 when not much is on screen such as being up close to structures).

I know it's GPU related because when I turn iz3D on (which renders the image twice to create a 3D image which might I add works extremely well with this game), the framerate is halved as well down to 23 to 30FPS.

I too am using the one of the latest revisions (SVN R4750 I believe).

any news about the music? (that stops after 2-3 minutes..)
I'm using SVN R4728
Same problem in R4758 so no, this has not been corrected yet. I think it's the same glitch that causes most of the ambient sounds in Twilight Princess to stop abruptly. Like you, that is one of the major fixes I am waiting for.
