I reckon threads like this should close because there is an no$GBA faq thread in this forum and info at the authors website that should answer all his questions, for example the reason your roms crash because save state isnt finished for nds games only gba games.

Also save states are never perfect and it takes time and effort for it to be, there are emulators that have save states dont work entirely and there are ones that just dont work for games.

All threads that asks for common knowledge where it can be searched quite easily, especially the information is at the authors website should be closed so no more stupid threads like this occur

I have a problem playing the game also.
The game crashes every now and then during the gameplay which is shown in my image under. Everything I have is shown in my image. Also this is the first game I have experienced where the save/load state dont work. I played Soma Bringer before this and worked fine anyone know what is up? Or maybe have to find the right rom. if anyone knows please give a link to the right game rom or just some info. I tried a couple of things already since I did some research as far as getting this game to work normally

No one will provide you with any roms, since it's against the rules.

Haha thats not what im looking for.
Main issue is running the game stable so it doesnt crash and give me a Fatal error.
Any particular settings or just something im missing to do. Anyone for instance that has played the game or had anything particular to this problem and fixed it.

When do you get these crashes? I've played Summon Night pretty far and have yet to encounter such an error.
I use pretty much the preset settings: Mono sound with the lowest sampling rate, no$gba renderer at 'Realtime, Auto', automatic savetype detection, bypassing firmware.

These are the settings I have on the no$gba 2.6a

stops going to next scene as well as in the picture

Right now I tested it again and crashed right where the into text with black background.
but before I got to chapter 1 and was fine then just random crash. I can save thats the good thing but want to stop the crashing if there even is a way.
what is this about bypassing the firmware?

Other than having set the NDS Backup on Auto (do it, it's good for you) and the Solar Sensor Level on Darkness (which shouldn't affect anything), I have the same settings you do. With bypassing firmware I meant setting the Entrypoint to 'Start Cartridge directly'.
EDIT: Do you have BIOSNDS7.rom, BIOSNDS9.rom and firmware.bin in your No$-folder? Most games do without, but that's the only thing left that I can think of.

bump how to re-dump game
The way you first obtained the ROM: by inserting your original cartridge into a reader and copying the image to your PC. The only way to get a ROM that is endorsed by this board. If you don't get it, for your own sake, don't comment on it.

EDIT: On regards of your problem: I'm duped. You use the same version of No$, have pretty much the same settings and files, and it still gives you an error where I can play without a problem.

icmz, the poster before you had the same issue. I know it may sound stupid, but did yoou try clicking (e.g. touching) the touch screen? I've played through the game without problems and I just can't think of anything else...
