I have pcsx2 9.0.1 and pcsx 9.0.2 the pcsx2 9.0.1 runs 4x faster with dual core than the pcsx2 9.0.2 does! Whats up with that. I have a AMD 3800+ 2.00 ghz and 512 ram.

AMD 3800+, care to be a tiny bit more specific, I mean based on that name I'd assume it's a single core XP chip. If thats the case you wouldn't actually be able to use MTGS / DC.
0.9.2 is slower than 0.9.1, but we're talking a maximun of 10 FPS slower in very specific situations, and on avg no more than 2-3 FPS slower in general gameplay. You've obviously mis-configured something, details about your GPU and specific CPU informations would be usefull.
Details of your plugin choices and general PCSX2 configuration are required if you want any help or advice.
